Guardlie

Terms of Service

Last updated October 17, 2026

These terms govern use of Guardlie, a service operated by Carrier Grade Inc. By creating a workspace or using Guardlie on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms for that organization and confirm you are authorized to do so.

The service

Guardlie helps managed service providers monitor and manage Microsoft 365 tenants: health checks, policy backup and restore, baseline alignment, assignments, automations, assessments and threat response. Features may change as the service evolves.

Your responsibilities

Customer data

You keep all rights to your and your customers' data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and support

We aim to keep Guardlie available and to fix problems promptly, but the service is provided without a guaranteed uptime unless agreed in writing.

Fees

If a paid plan applies, its price and billing terms are shown before you subscribe. During early access, Guardlie may be provided free of charge.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending use

You can stop using Guardlie at any time by removing your tenants and closing your workspace. We may suspend access that threatens the security of the service or breaks these terms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will note the date above; continuing to use Guardlie after an update means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
