Questions
What does the free scan do?
It connects to your Microsoft 365 tenant or Google Workspace, runs the health checks and the CIS assessment, and gives you a security score, the list of findings with the users or apps behind each one, and a PDF report. It doesn't change anything in your tenant, and there's no time limit.
Can the scan change anything?
No. On the free plan Guardlie only reads, and on paid plans nothing changes until an admin clicks Apply or Turn on for a specific setting. Every change is recorded with who made it, and Microsoft's consent screen lists every permission before you approve.
Why a flat price instead of per user?
One number is easier to budget and approve. Each plan covers your whole organization up to its user limit, so adding staff doesn't change your bill.
Is there a trial of the paid plans?
Yes. Pro and Business start with a 14-day free trial. If you don't continue, your workspace goes back to the free scan. Settings you applied stay as they are in your tenant, because they're your settings.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings and you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. Yearly plans are billed up front and include two months free.
What happens to my data?
Guardlie stores configuration and directory data, such as policies, users, groups and sign-in summaries. It never reads email, files or chats. Data is encrypted in AWS (US), backups are kept for 35 days, and deleting your workspace removes it. To revoke access in Microsoft, remove the Guardlie enterprise app in Entra ID.
